Happiness – How do people train their minds to be happy daily


By doing this- Telling your mind to be happy every moment it strays away. 

It is not easy, not at all easy, but one can master it through making continuous and truthful efforts. The point is to keep reminding yourself that what ever is past is gone, and it is this moment from when your future begins. You cannot change/erase what has happened in the past, but you can decide for this moment and for all the rest to come if you want yourself to be happy.
